BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Michael Phelps has announced the birth of his first child, a boy.
On his Facebook page, the Olympic swimmer posted, "Welcome Boomer Robert Phelps into the world!!! Born 5/5/16 healthy and happy! Best feeling I've ever felt in my life!!!"
