Metro Running On Shortened Labor Day Schedule
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Metro says its trains and buses are operating on a shortened schedule on Labor Day.
The Metrorail system is opening at 7 a.m. Monday and will close at midnight. Parking's free at Metrorail facilities and off-peak fares will be in effect all day.
Buses are also scheduled to run on a Sunday schedule, and riders are urged to check timetables for schedules.
