Maryland Zoo Holds Open House For Volunteers
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore held its annual open house for volunteers Sunday afternoon.
Current volunteers and staff were on hand to answer questions and discuss all the details on the rewarding volunteer experience.
Volunteers are needed to engage guests at the zoo, provide educational interactions with the community and so much more.
The zoo says last year that volunteers gave more than 38,600 hours.
