Man Dies After Falling From Scaffolding In Ellicott City
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- Howard County police identify a worker who died after falling off a scaffolding in Ellicott City.
John Pacylowski Jr., of Columbia, was pronounced dead Friday afternoon.
Officers say he was doing construction work behind a business in the 8200 block of Main Street when he fell.
Investigators say it appears to have been an accident.
