Man Charged With Kicking Out Police Car Window
TANEYTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Carroll County sheriff's deputies have charged a man with malicious destruction of property and numerous other offenses after they say he kicked out the window of a police car he'd been put in.
Timothy Wade Fleischman, 40, of Taneytown was released on $2,500 bond after Monday's incident.
Deputies say Fleischman was involved in an altercation with several people after he took his former girlfriend's truck without permission.
