Man, 18, Arrested In January Slaying
WASHINGTON (AP) -- D.C. police say they've arrested an 18-year-old man in a fatal shooting that occurred in January.
Michael Galloway of Southeast Washington was arrested Saturday and charged with second-degree murder while armed.
Police believe Galloway is responsible for the shooting death of 18-year-old Navarro Brown, also from Southeast.
