BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- As they were prepping for their Sports Illustrated cover,  Michael Phelps gave a lesson in medal arrangement to Katie Ledecky and Simone Biles. 

"I've done it before. You'll learn, don't worry about it," he chuckled.
