Crews Respond To Harford County Boating Accident On Gunpowder River
Joppa, Md. (WJZ)-- Authorities have responded to a boating accident in Joppa where two people were injured.
The incident occurred on the Gunpowder River in Harford County just after 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Two people suffered severe trauma, officials said.
