Fatal Pedestrian Accident Under Investigation In Howard County
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A fatal pedestrian accident is under investigation in Howard County.
Police say a man was crossing Rt. 1 when he was struck and killed by a car traveling northbound.
The roadway is closed in both directions from Loudon Avenue to Rowanberry Drive.
