Family Displaced After SUV Crashes Into Home
GAITHERSBURG, Md. (AP) -- A family has been displaced from their home after an SUV crashed into it on Christmas Eve.
WTOP-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1OqX0J2 ) that the crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Thursday on West Deer Park Road near Duvall Lane in Gaithersburg.
Pete Piringer, a spokesman for the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, said the driver lost control while parking the SUV and crashed into the house. He said one adult and one child were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
