Elijah Cummings Re-elected To U.S. House In Md.'s 7th District
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Voters in Maryland's 7th Congressional District have re-elected Democrat Elijah Cummings to be their voice in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The district includes parts of Baltimore City, and Baltimore and Howard Counties.
