Ed Norris: Penn State's Shame Doesn't End With A Conviction
Now that Sandusky has been convicted on 45 of 48 counts many believe that this tragedy is over when he is sentenced in three months. I say no, it's far from over. There are so many unanswered questions that need explanation for Penn State to move forward. Sandusky was the heir apparent to Paterno when he suddenly retires and is banned ( somewhat) from campus. A prosecution was contemplated years ago, but was dropped and the prosecutor goes missing with his lap top found at the bottom of a river with the hard drive missing.
Something clearly was if not known at least talked about regarding Sandusky.
The questions that need to be answered are Who knew what? When did they know? And what did they do about it? We should all be demanding answers to these questions. All the villains need to be held accountable.
