Downtown Partnership Painting Positivity On Boarded Up Stores
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Downtown Partnership is painting two dozen boarded-up buildings in the downtown Baltimore area.
Demonstrations in Baltimore have mostly been peaceful, but some businesses have their storefronts covered just in case.
The Partnership is painting messages of positivity on the plywood.
Organizers are now pushing all downtown businesses to get involved.
