Child Falls From Cliff In Sugarloaf Mountain, Md.
STRONGHOLD, Md. (AP) -- Rescue crews are responding to Sugarloaf Mountain in Frederick County for a call involving a child who fell from a cliff.
The Frederick News-Post reports that the fall was reported to the Frederick County Division of Fire and Rescue Services around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Spokesman Doug Brown says there may be a need for medical attention.
Sugarloaf Mountain is on the Frederick-Montgomery County line near the unincorporated community of Stronghold.
