BALTIMORE (WJZ) - Police have arrested an 18-year old man in connection to a murder earlier this month.

Police say 18-year-old Tayshawn Hall shot and killed 25-year-old Michael Wise in the 4100-block of 6th Street back on April 16th. On Tuesday, officers arrested Hall and transported  him to Central Booking.

Hall is being charged with first degree murder.
