Baltimore Co. Police Officer Charged With Assaulting Ex-Girlfriend
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- A Baltimore County police officer is out on bail after being charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
Officer Brian Eaton, 23, is a five-year veteran of the police force. The charges stem from an alleged domestic incident on Halstead Road last month. Eaton was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, false imprisonment and destruction of property.
Eaton is out on $50,000 bail. His police powers have been suspended.
Both Eaton and the victim are assigned to the Pikesville precinct.
