Lanes back open on I-695 Inner Loop after crash involving logging truck
BALTIMORE -- All lanes are back open on I-695 near I-70 after a logging truck overturned Monday afternoon, which caused significant backups for about two hours.
Crews had to remove the logs before the highway could be reopened.
No injuries were reported.
