Ramp To Beltway Inner Loop Has Reopened After Accident
Baltimore (WJZ)-- The ramp to the Beltway's Inner Loop has reopened after a tractor trailer overturned on I-83 South.
Drivers are still advised to plan for an extended morning rush hour and to avoid the area, if possible.
Southbound I-83 drivers may take York Road or Falls Road as alternate routes.
