16-year-old in critical condition after struck by car in East Baltimore, police say
BALTIMORE - A 16-year-old is critically injured after he was struck by a car Tuesday night in East Baltimore.
Police responded to the call around 11:40 p.m. in the 2200 block of Barclay Street.
The investigation is ongoing.
