16-Year-Old Charged In Fatal Stabbing In Essex
ESSEX, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County Police have charged a 16-year-old in the fatal stabbing of a man in Middle River.
Tyshawn Francis of Middle River has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder in the stabbing Thursday of 19-year-old Anthony Theodore Whiting Jr.
Police say they received numerous 911 calls about a group of young people fighting. Officers found Whiting, who died at a local hospital.
