15-Year-Old Faces Murder Charge In Shooting Death Of Teen
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have arrested a teen in connection with the shooting death of another young man in Baltimore.
Tarik Kelly, 15, is being held without bail on a first-degree murder charge.
Detectives say Kelly shot and killed 17-year-old Blake Hammond, of Pikesville, in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard.
It happened on July 28 at about 10:30 p.m.
Kelly was taken into custody nearly a month later, on Tuesday, August 27.
