14-year-old charged with fighting, kicking officer after rummaging through cars in Anne Arundel Co.
BALTIMORE - A 14-year-old was charged after police said he fought and kicked an Anne Arundel County officer when caught rummaging through cars.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. in the area of Citadel Drive and Trafalgar Road in Severn.
The officer had minor injuries, according to police.
