Mother-daughter duo brings “Wizard of Oz” flair to Atlanta bagel shops
Deanna and Jackie Halcrow turned a bagel-baking hobby into Emerald City Bagels, with shops in East Atlanta and on the Beltline. The mother-daughter team pairs “Wizard of Oz”-inspired design with traditional bagels, seasonal cream cheeses and drinks such as marshmallow matcha.
