McDonough hairstylist survives breast cancer, empowers other survivors by making wigs

Henry County resident Tameshia Effinger is a hairstylist and breast cancer survivor who's starting a new chapter as she reaches her final breast cancer treatment at Piedmont Cancer Institute. Through her work, she's hoping to empower other survivors.
