Georgia gas prices fall 28 cents amid gas tax suspension
Georgia’s average gas price has dropped from $4.11 to $3.83 since the state’s gas tax suspension began Sept. 29, according to GasBuddy. Analyst Patrick De Haan says most of the tax savings appears to be reaching drivers, though oil prices and geopolitical tensions also affect prices at the pump.
