Georgia DHS can't cover SNAP benefits for November, officials warn

Nearly a million and a half Georgians will likely see delays in benefits if the stalemate over the government shutdown continues into November. One of Atlanta's biggest food banks is encouraging SNAP recipients to start getting food in place now.
