Expect widespread rain Wednesday night into Thursday, with a chance for snow flurries in North Georgia towns like Helen, Ellijay, and Dillard. While significant accumulation isn’t likely, a surge of Arctic air will send temperatures into the 20s and wind chills into the teens across much of the state—including metro Atlanta.
