Washington city makes offensive body odor illegal

Burien, Washington has passed a new trespassing law that makes it illegal to have an offensive body order in public parks, the library and city hall. Opponents of the law say that it unconstitutionally targets the homeless. KIRO's Deborah Horne reports.
