Video shows driver tackling fleeing suspect
When a suspect ran from police in Tulsa, Oklahoma during an arrest, a man stopped his pickup truck, jumped out and tackled him. Police then stepped in to arrest the suspect, identified as Miguel Fernandez, for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony warrants in nearby Rogers County.
