Turkey grants U.S. key access in fight against ISIS
Though Turkey has been reluctant to join the coalition fighting ISIS, it gave the U.S. permission Thursday to use a key air base to launch airstrikes in Syria. CBS News correspondent Holly Williams reports from Istanbul.
