Turkey allows U.S. to launch airstrikes against ISIS from base
Turkey agreed to allow the U.S. military to fly missions out of a key air base at Incirlik, near the border with Syria. Turkey had been resistant to the idea, but the decision follows recent violence in Turkey blamed on ISIS-linked militants. Holly Williams reports from Istanbul.
