TSA head apologizes for long lines at airports
For days, passengers were lined up as far as the eye could see at airports across the country. So many flights were missed that frustrated travelers were left sleeping in the terminals. Now, the TSA is responding and trying to shorten the wait times. Dean Reynolds has more.
