Trump on Hurricane Irma: "We are prepared at the highest level"
The president assured reporters the U.S. is ready for Irma. It took Congress only three days to provide billions of dollars in disaster relief for Texas' Hurricane Harvey. President Trump made a deal with Democrats to raise the debt ceiling through early December while providing much-needed relief for hurricane victims. Paula Reid reports.
