Behind the marching bands celebrating Bastille Day in Paris was the drumbeat of the alleged Russian collusion scandal that continues to dog President Trump. The president had to spend a large part of his two-day visit there defending his son's meeting with a Russian lawyer. Mark Phillips reports.
