"Triple-R" weather system blamed for brutal drought in Calif.

A powerful and persistent high pressure system is believed to be responsible for a severe drought across the state of California. Meteorologists have nicknamed the phenomenon the "Triple-R," or "ridiculously resilient ridge of high pressure," and they don't expect conditions to improve any time soon. Ben Tracy reports.
