Fashion designer Tory Burch discusses a common issue she's noticed among female entrepreneurs. Burch, along with Andrew Plepler, corporate responsibility executive for Bank of America, made an appearance on "CBS This Morning" to discuss their new partnership, Elizabeth Street Capital, designed to help women entrepreneurs get affordable loans and mentoring.
