Top British spies sound warning over NSA leaks

Britain's top spies appeared at a public hearing Thursday and said the release of thousands of security documents by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden had done serious damage. The intelligence chiefs said eavesdropping has foiled dozens of terror plots since the 2005 London subway and bus bombings, but that terror groups are now changing how they communicate.
