Threatening YouTube videos difficult to control
Internet videos posted by Santa Barbara gunman Elliot Rodger became darker in February, but police didn’t become aware of them until alerted by his family. While YouTube prohibits video that threatens "serious acts of violence," it's largely up to users to flag videos that the company may then remove. Ben Tracy reports.
