DNC summer meeting kicks off in Chicago
The Democratic National Committee is holding its summer meeting in Chicago, and at the top of the agenda are lingering frustrations within the party since Hillary Clinton's loss in 2016. Committee members are expected to decide the fate of so-called "super delegates," who overwhelming backed Clinton in 2016.
