Southeast hit by double-whammy of above-average rainfall

The normal tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico has pushed into the region, while an unusual dip in the jet stream has caused storms to hover over southern states. Gulfport, Miss., received more than a month's worth of rain in one day. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
