Senators accuse GM of covering up deadly defect
General Motors CEO Mary Barra was grilled for second day, this time before a Senate panel, on the company’s slow response to an ignition switch failure that led to at least 13 deaths. Many of the questions were about why no one at GM has been fired over the delayed recall. Jeff Glor reports.
