Russian hackers breached the unclassified email and computer systems of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, according to Gen. Martin Dempsey, the former chairman. The hack did not compromise any intelligence, but caused damage to the network, forcing the Pentagon to replace hardware and software. David Martin reports.
