Russian aggression: White House drafts economic sanctions plan
President Obama met with his national security and economic advisers to discuss economic rescue package for the new government in Kiev. Also, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew is drafting proposed economic sanctions for Russia. CBS News' Major Garrett reports.
