Russia tightens grip on Crimea
Russia’s parliament voted to accept Crimea into the Russian Federation if residents there vote to leave Ukraine. Meanwhile, pro-Russian militias set up roadblocks at the Crimean border with Ukraine, barring international monitors from entering. Local media have also been censored. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
