Rescue teams race to help people -- and pets -- as floodwaters rise
Floodwaters were rising in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Friday night as Tropical Storm Florence hit the state. Local residents waded through up to four feet of water to make sure no one was trapped in one house. CBS News national correspondent Adriana Diaz reports.
