Rep. Waxman's passion backed by productivity
Calif. Rep. Henry Waxman announced Thursday he will retire at the end of this term after 40 years on Capitol Hill. The 74-year-old Democrat led the fight to invest in AIDS research, cut air pollution and reduce pesticides in produce. He speaks to Nancy Cordes about his productive tenure.
