President Trump nominates his "regulatory czar"
President Trump last week nominated Neomi Rao to head the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The post is known informally as the "regulatory czar," and Rao would oversee President Trump's promised reduction in regulations. Susan Dudley, who held the position under President George W.
