President to speak on Obamacare in Boston
The Affordable Care Act is based on a Massachusetts program that began when Mitt Romney was governor. President Obama is speaking in Boston about how Massachusetts proves Obamacare will work -- over time. CBS News White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
