Plans for retaking of Mosul finalized
An official with U.S. central command said plans have been finalized for what is expected to be the retaking of Mosul, Iraq's second largest city. Mosul is held by an estimated 1,000 to 2,000 ISIS fighters who seized it last June when the Iraqi army broke and ran. David Martin reports.
