Passengers stranded after blackout at Reagan National Airport
An airport-wide power outage caused chaos at Reagan National Airport outside Washington Wednesday night. DCA lost electricity for about 90 minutes. Dozens of flights were delayed and passengers stranded on the tarmac. Kris Van Cleave reports.
